Can you download wirelessly from your computer to your DS?

I am not sure, but I do know that you can download DS demo software from a Nintendo Wii. If you have a Wii and would like to do this, you have to connect your Wii to the internet, download the Nintendo Channel at the Wii Shop Channel (it is free), go to the Nintendo Channel, you will see a video, then click on To the Video List, then click on Find Titles for You, then click on DS Download Service and pick on any title of a DS game that you would like to play the demo of.
