How can I download Nintendo DS Games?

I bought a DS from some guy and it came with a game cartridge that had a micro memory chip in it and a flash USB to download games with the issue is I have no idea what websites I can use and when I googled it none of the sites that came up worked properly.

Please I am looking for sites that you have used successfully not ones you googled and the names popped up.
