I just googled Pokemon Platinum, and got a lot of results, but most of them are still in Japanese, There is one version out tho, that is a translated version, but only the important parts are in English. Idk about GTA. Sorry

You can go to Rom-site.com you can only download 1 game a day but its really fast or go to ESPALNDS.com its free and easy registration but its in spanish hope you can speak spanish.
